In short: Moons collects no data. Everything you enter stays on your device. The association never has access to it.
Data you enter
Moons stores what you log: bleeding, pain, tags and their dates. This data is stored only in the app’s storage, on your device.
If you enable the PIN lock, only a hash of the PIN is kept, also on the device.
No transmission
Moons makes no network calls. There is:
- no user account;
- no cloud sync;
- no usage analytics, no crash reporting;
- no advertising, no third-party service.
No data is sold, shared or sent, to the association or to anyone else.
Device backups
If you back up your device (iCloud or a computer), the system may include Moons data in that backup. Backups are governed by your settings and your device provider, not by the association.
Deletion
You can erase all your data from the app settings. Uninstalling Moons also removes all its data from the device.
Your rights
Since the association holds no data about you, it has nothing to access, correct or delete on your behalf: you alone stay in control of your data.
